Our kitchen is open 18-22 on Monday-Thursday, 18-23 on Fridays, 11.30-15 and 18-23 on Saturdays and 11.30-15 & 18-22 on Sundays.

Héðinn Kitchen & Bar is a restaurant in 101 Reykjavík, in a recently re-designed building that was previously a steel workshop on Seljavegur 2. This large and historic building was converted into a hotel, restaurant, café and bar. Designed by I AM LONDON, this former steel factory has been transformed into a magnificent space that will add life and colour to the harbour area in Reykjavík.
In the front line of the restaurant Héðinn are the founders Karl Viggó Vigfússon and Elías Guðmundsson who are both experienced restaurateurs and also childhood friends. The menu is exciting but yet relaxed, with a less is more approach, focusing on interesting seasonal ingredients.
