We are extremely proud to work with local fishermen, farmers and breweries who provide us with the very best materials. Sustainability and locality are very important to us; we try our hardest to ensure that we are able to produce high quality and delicious food while keeping our environmental impact as low as possible. Breiðafjörður is a treasure trove for food lovers, why would we need to look anywhere else! We have been certified with the nordic swan ecolabel. A Nordic Swan Ecolabelled restaurant has adopted a lifecycle approach to its work on the environment and met the stringent requirements of nordic ecolabelling.
